03How often should I get pest control done?

Most Sydney homes need a general pest treatment once every 12 months, ideally in early spring before pest activity peaks. Timber pest inspections should be done annually, or every six months on properties with a history of termite activity - which includes much of Macarthur and bush-edge properties in the Blue Mountains and the Sutherland Shire.
04Do you treat termites across Sydney?

We carry out AS 3660 timber pest inspections and full termite treatments right across Sydney, from the reactive clay soils of Macarthur and the new estates around Blacktown to timber-framed bush-edge homes in the Blue Mountains and the Sutherland Shire. Treatment options include chemical soil barriers and in-ground baiting systems.
05Is your pest treatment safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use low-toxicity, low-odour products registered by the APVMA. Treated surfaces are safe once dry, which normally takes one to two hours. We'll tell you exactly which areas to keep clear and for how long before we leave.
06How long does a pest control treatment take?

A standard residential treatment takes 45 to 90 minutes depending on the size of the property. A full timber pest inspection takes about 60 to 90 minutes. You do not need to leave the house for most treatments.
07How soon can you come out?

Same day or next day in most of Sydney. Macarthur, Blacktown, the Sutherland Shire and the inner Sydney basin are usually same-day, and the Blue Mountains is typically next-day. Urgent jobs such as wasp nests and active termites are prioritised wherever you are.
08Do you offer a warranty on pest treatments?

Yes. General pest treatments carry a 6-Month warranty on covered pests. If activity returns inside that period we come back and re-treat at no charge. Termite treatments are warranted according to the system installed.
09Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a NSW pest management technician licence issued under the Pesticides Act 1999 and carry public liability insurance. Licence and insurance details are available on request before any work begins.
